Chicago Trip
My girlfriend took me back home to Chicago over the weekend for my late xmas/birthday present. It was spent surprising my grandma for her birthday, yummy food, catching a show at The Second City and just taking it all in. I’ve uploaded 20+ photos from my trip to Flickr if you want to check out the set.  I’m also going to try and add Disqus to this blog very soon, so hang tight.

Case Study: December Wallpaper
Although I’ve had quite a lot of requests, I’ve never really given a fair shot at writing up a tutorial/case study before. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t see myself as the teacher type or that I hate trying to write about what I’ve made. When creating my December calendar wallpaper, I thought it would be a great candidate to at least give it a shot once....

Updates
I had a chance to update my site today with some old and new works:  - Added all my 2011 wallpapers to the site. Most of them did not have tablet resolutions so I created new ones for them. I still need to add more resolutions, so hang tight.  - Added what I’ve been working on for GameGround (a Facebook gaming app). I’ll be sure to add older creations and mockups I’ve worked on...

rethinking my calendar wallpapers
I started creating my monthly calendar wallpapers back quite a few years ago and have continued to create them month after month. In 2010, I decided to start offering them without dates, to increase the longevity of the monthly wallpapers. With the new site about to launch soon, I’m rethinking these again. Instead of monthly calendars, I’m just going to start making a new wallpaper...
